The short answer is YES however we change a (non refundable) $1500 design fee which includes a design meeting, a set of drawings including floor plan and elevations and ONE revision (all following reviews will be charged at $150 per revision). If you choose to proceed with the customised product we will credit $750 to your purchase.

ALL Granny Flats will need a building permit as a minimum and many will also require a planning / development application as well. Each state has different requirements for Garden rooms, some small Garden rooms that meet building size and height requirements may not need a building permit.

While we would love everyone to have one of our beautiful Goodlife Structures in their backyard, there are many rules and regulations that dictate what you can have on your property and where it can be placed. We always recommend a phone call to your local council to get any requirements your property has. Questions like, how close to the boundary can I build? What size building can I have without a permit? Are they any other restrictions or other information I should consider?
