01. On-Site Builds
Built on your property. Mainly for Perth.
We build your granny flat directly on your property using a traditional on-site building approach. This service is mainly suited to Perth projects. For rural or country properties, our modular approach is usually the more suitable starting point.
02. Modular Builds
Built off site. Delivered to you.
We build your granny flat off site, transport it to your property and crane it into position. Modular builds offer an option for rural and country locations. Our team can discuss transport, site access and crane access for your property.
03. DIY Kits
Build it yourself, with help where you need it.
For a more hands-on approach, we supply kits for you to build yourself. If there are parts you cannot take on, we can help with certain aspects. Talk to our team before you start so we can agree what support is available for your project.
