GOODLIFE STRUCTURES

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This policy explains how GOOD LIFE STRUCTURES PTY LTD (ABN 91 656 010 632), trading as Goodlife Structures (“we”, “us” and “our”), handles personal information in connection with our website, enquiries and services.

Information you share with us

When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, suburb or postcode, building interests and project details. If you proceed with a project, we may also need your site address, plans, correspondence and information relevant to preparing a quote or arranging the work.

Our website enquiry form requires your name, email address, phone number, suburb or postcode, and building interest. Details about your plans are optional. You can ask general questions without identifying yourself where practical, but we may need contact or site details to respond to a specific request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or another person’s details unless necessary and you have their permission.

Website activity, cookies and advertising

Our website and service providers may collect technical information such as browser and device details, IP addresses, pages visited, referral sources and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies help the website operate and support measurement and advertising.

We use Google Analytics to understand website usage and Meta Pixel to measure advertising and support relevant advertising on Meta services. These tools may send online identifiers and activity information to their providers. Depending on your settings and the provider’s practices, activity may be associated with other information they hold.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings and adjust advertising preferences in your Google and Meta accounts. Blocking some technologies may affect website features and does not necessarily stop every form of data collection. See Google’s privacy policy and Meta’s privacy policy for their practices and controls.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, discuss suitable building options, prepare quotes, coordinate requested services, maintain customer records, improve our website and understand advertising performance. We may also use it to address complaints, protect our systems and meet legal obligations.

Our email marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) services help us manage communications. We send promotional messages where you have consented or the law otherwise permits. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing message or contact us to opt out. Necessary communications about an active enquiry or project may continue.

Who may receive information

Information may be handled by our staff and service providers involved in website hosting, IT support, email, CRM, analytics and advertising. Where relevant to your requested project, it may be shared with suppliers, delivery or installation providers and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where authorised or required by law. The information shared depends on the service being provided.

Overseas processing

Our technology providers operate internationally, so information may be stored or processed outside Australia, including in the United States. Other processing locations depend on the provider and service configuration. Contact us if you need information about the providers or locations relevant to your enquiry. Where Australian privacy law applies, we take the steps it requires in relation to overseas disclosures.

Storage and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, accounting or dispute requirements, and take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when it is no longer required.

Access, correction and privacy concerns

You can ask for access to your personal information, request a correction, or raise a privacy complaint by emailing info@goodlifestructures.com.au. Address your request to the Privacy Contact and explain what you would like us to review. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information.

We will consider your request and respond within a reasonable period. If a legal exception prevents access or correction, we will explain the reason where permitted. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which can advise whether it can consider your complaint.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or practices change. The current version and update date will appear on this page. For privacy enquiries or a copy of this policy, contact GOOD LIFE STRUCTURES PTY LTD at info@goodlifestructures.com.au.
